On top of this we can often put on extra dates in addition to those listed below, so please do contact us if you don’t see what you’re looking for.

Key to colours:

Available – there are spaces available, and if you book we guarantee this product will run.

Available, subject to minimum numbers – certain products are not viable to run without a minimum number of participants. When you book, we advise you not to book transport until we have confirmed that the trip will run.

Confirmed – the trip has reached the minimum number of bookings. It is guaranteed to run and spaces are available.

Fully Booked – this product is full and we are not taking any more bookings. If you contact us we can add you do the waiting list in case of any cancellations.

Contact us for availability – this product is almost full so we have closed online bookings to avoid overbooking. Contact us to book, subject to availability

Bookings Closed – usually this means that we have closed online booking in order to confirm final numbers with our accommodation providers. This can happen between one and two months before the start date, depending on the accommodation. In some cases we may be able to add last minute spaces, so please contact us if you are very keen on a particular trip.

Completed – the dates are in the past and the product has already run
