Chamonix September Hiking Week Booking Form

Use the form below to send a booking enquiry and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Because the trip takes place in the quieter season, we need to liaise with our suppliers before confirming the booking. As soon as we are able to confirm, we will send a payment link allowing you to pay online by credit or debit card. Alternatively, send an email to bookings@whitemarmotte.com to request more information.

If you are booking more than one place, please list the names of everybody who will be travelling with you. You can also add their email addresses and phone numbers if they would like to receive the pre-trip emails or join the WhatsApp group for the holiday.
Please let us know your flight details as soon as you have them so that we can book your transfers. We need your arrival/departure times at Geneva and your flight numbers. If you are making alternative travel arrangements, please note these in the box.
You can use this box to let us know about any dietary or other requirements, relevant medical conditions, or if you would like a pickup in Chamonix instead of at Geneva airport. Please also let us know here if you would prefer not to be added to the trip WhatsApp group or if you do not want us to use any photos taken during the trek for future publicity.

White Marmotte will never disclose your details to third parties except where necessary to process the booking (e.g. to make reservations with our suppliers) or if required by law.
